We the Roots is the first food producer to utilize an automated gravity flow plant-production platform. Our leafy greens are grown in a sealed and controlled environment with a circular air and nutrient loop enabling complete control over all aspects of plant growth and development, delivering the utmost nutrition with extraordinary taste. The Gravity Flow system is equipped with an LED light spectrum which allows us to alter the taste profile of each harvest individually.
We The Roots define themselves as the modern day local farmer. Never in my career have I been a part of assembling a dish with such an immediate and unanimous reaction. These greens might just be the tastiest thing on our menu.
